Accelerate Situational Awareness and Enhance Decision Making Advantage.
We research and develop cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning technologies in order to measure, analyse and evaluate behaviour and decision making processes. Providing comprehensive insights in order to accelerate Situational Awareness and enhance Decision Making.
Behaviour Analytics
Measure, analyse and evaluate dynamics of human behaviour and operational performance through profiling the level of Situational Awareness (SA) within simulated environments.
Augmented AI
To refocus the cognitive capacity of C2 operators through human-machine teaming. Where AI adapts according to behaviour profiles and the stage of SA that the system is intending to support; perception, comprehension, or projection.
Intelligent Decision Support
Provide comprehensive insights and identify the competencies, behaviours and future training requirements required to accelerate Situational Awareness and enhance the Decision Making Advantage.

>>Agile C2 requires Agile Training<<
“How we train decision-makers will need to adapt in line with changing technology and processes, noting that in the past the training pipeline has often lagged behind other lines of development for C2 capability” Joint Concept Note 2/17 Future of Command and Control.
For several decades C2 has sought to enhance the Command aspect by introducing intelligent decision support systems (IDSS). However, these systems struggle with the complexity of the inherent Human-Computer Interaction relationship and levels of uncertainty through sense-making processes. According to the Future Operating Environment Report 2035 there is an “Increased importance of the ‘understand function” to allow for more effective employment of resources with greater precision at the operational and strategic levels.
Tectonic IP IDSS focuses on capability delivery to enhance future training of command operators through Behaviour Analytics and Augmented AI. In order to understand the dynamics of human behaviour and refocus the cognitive capacity and enhance decision advantage of C2 operators through human-machine training (within simulated environments) according to their specific role, and the stage of SA that the system is intending to support; perception, comprehension, or projection. Providing an accelerated route to Situational awareness and future training requirements.
Transferable Solutions
Our Solutions enable for an accelerated route to Situational Awareness and enhanced decision advantage in complex, uncertain and dynamic scenarios. With transferable application across multiple domains including: Defence, Security, Disaster and Crisis Management.
Intelligent Desicion Support
Our Symbiotic Cognitive Architecture enables for Agile Command and Control (C2). Behaviour Analytics (BA) determines the Situational Awareness (SA) sensitivity and bias of the individual. Augmented AI supports the individual to make informed decisions based upon their personal behaviour profile. Measurable success includes a decrease in time in sense-making process and an increase in level of Situational Awareness.
Behaviour and Performance Profiling
Our Behaviour Analytics solutions allow you to understand individual and team behaviours, competencies and operational performance profiles. We develop simulations that measure levels of situational awareness and decision making to provide you with comprehensive insights into strengths, weaknesses, sensitivities and bias. This information offers the ability to make informed decisions for future training and support resourcing requirements.
Adaptive Tailored Training
Our Augmented AI solutions translate insights gained through Behaviour and Performance profiling into tailored training curriculums. Offering specific focus into required skills, knowledge and behaviour based upon the individual or team. Thus providing an accelerated route to operational performance and effective resourcing.
Recruitment and Team Building
Increasingly recruiters are turning to methods to assess suitability of candidates ranging from aptitude tests to psychometric tests. Tectonic IP seeks to enhance recruitment and team building by providing comprehensive insights into the behaviour and operational performance of the individual within simulated scenarios.
